Wesselska (vess-el-ska)
Wesselska is a goddess in the Neue Götter pantheon. She is responsible for making the souls of the dwarven race, and has bound these souls to a cycle of reincarnation. Few know what Wesselska molded the dwarven soul out of. Whatever the substance is, it can persist after the dwarf dies, waiting for a new body to inhabit. Some fortunate souls are even capable of remembering past lives. She is seen as the mother of the dwarven people.
She is called 'Fateweaver' due to her heavy influence on how the lives of dwarves plays out. Some assume they are predestined to certain lifestyles due to Spinei's desires.
