Moraines
Moraines is the judge of all things sculpted and crafted that are submitted to the Skywall. It is said that in ancient times, Moraines divulged to the Elven Empire the secrets that would allow for the Skywall's construction. He has not been so thoroughly impressed by an achievement since the Skywall's completion, but still judges all things as fairly as he can for their own worth.
