Gnomes

Gnomes are the last race to have entered Tascallon, having spent more time in the Aetheric Pathways that any other race. Their curiosity and love for discovery is what kept them there for so long, prolonging their exposure to mutations and other dangers. Hence, gnomes have fantastical hair colors and short statures.
  The first gnomes to enter Tascallon were found by the Skywall elves, who immediately saw their whimsy and fascination with the world as kindred spirits. They worked together on equal terms to create artwork of fascinating and esoteric design. Some Gnomes, growing weary of the sedentary nature of the Skywall, left in search of their own pursuits, spreading across Avrolla in small pockets.
