Razzle Dazzles Tower.
You behold it first looming above everything in the distance, an 80-meter tall tower pierces thinly into the sky. The tower rises at strange angles, and whole sections seem to be missing as if designed by some mad architect with no knowledge of the laws of gravity. At its very to you can see a blue-roofed dwelling, smoke rises from the chimney in strange colors, with some colorful clouds even dancing off into sky like animals, on a field. Occasionally as you approach you hear muffled pops and bangs!
This is the home of the wizard Razzle Dazzle, he is well known... to be a fairly chaotic force, but nonetheless, he is very wise. For many years he has stayed in this tower on the northern reaches of the forest, no one is sure exactly why he chose this place, but he has been well received an d offers many services including council.
