Lazura the Mysticwhisperer
Whilst wandering the Westlight Market you see a woman standing in the middle of a small crowd, she holds a large crystal ball in her hand as she twirls and dances about. She brings the crystal ball close to all the onlooker's faces and attempts to coax the crowd into visiting her tent behind her, offering them illumination into their futures and fates.
She wears a dress and headscarf made of fine colorful silks, clearly gotten from a faraway land, though she wears no shoes and can often be seen touching or petting the ground, as with each step and movement she makes trace faint lines of light and magic.
She is very spiritual and taps into Magical Laylines so she may trace them forward to see Possible Futures. She worships Gamove Goddess of Time and can be superstisous to the point of paranoia.
- Her services cost one gold.
- She will reward 50 gold to who ever can find her brother, +20 gold if they can return him home safely.

- Gillie (her Brother) worked at the Westlight Market as a Fishmonger but regularly traveled to the Floating Market to resupply. Sometimes he goes on fishing trips but never fails to tell his sister to be gone this long.
- She remembers her brother has been pining for a woman named Flow, she felt it was about time he got married but, despite her alleged beauty, she has never met her. All she knows is she allegedly lives in Westlight, down by the river and that there was some reason Gillie couldn't be with her just yet.
- He was seen talking to a strange Traveler at the Floating Market, who he gave a boat ride into the forest. The Traveler paid him handsomely though which seemed strange for a short ride, but Gillie was elated that he could now get a gift for his beloved.
- She has asked around the market and most say he probably ran off with that woman, though none have ever heard of a Flow living in Westlight. Others say they saw him often down by the river near a known grotto, maybe a romantic rendezvous.
- There are unsavoury rumors he gets his fish from the sewers and was seen coming out of them.
