A red stemmed and Red Capped Mushroom that almost shine with a waxy finish. They are known for their healing properties and as an ingredient in Healing Potions (page 187 of the DMG) and as much desired house when alder and larger for forest gnomes!
They are common across the many forested regions of Tarramh, and they are surprisingly hearty and resilient to the cold and heat.
