The origins of Rime are unknown, but weapons and armor crafted from this mysterious ice are as strong as steel. Rime ice does not melt, regardless of the temperature.
Weapons crafted from the material deal an additional 1d6 cold damage.
Amor crafted from the material grants resistance to both Fire and Cold damage.
Anybody holding an item crafted from Rime is immune to the effects of Extreme Cold or Frigid Water.
