Captain's Ransom
Captain's Random is a unique cutlass with a jeweled basket and an intricately gilded blade. Easily recognizable by a jewel in the pommel that swirls in shades of red and blue. It was made famous as one of Captain Astragor Spellblade's signature weapons during his career as a pirate; the other being a gunblade called Captain's Pride. Both weapons are being hunted for by bold adventurers and would be successors after Astragor's death.

Captain's Random is a unique cutlass with a jeweled basket and an intricately gilded blade. Easily recognizable by a jewel in the pommel that swirls in shades of red and blue. Any attack from this weapon deals 1d8 damage to the target, healing the wielder by that same amount. If the wielder's hit points are at max, add the excess as temporary hit points. Three times a day, the user can expend a charge to do 3d6 lightning damage to whatever it hits.
