Elaria owns the General General Store TM, It was her own store before the General General Store offered her quite a sum of money to change the name and sell their goods. Elaria was all too happy to take the gold as she likes the finer things and often buys and uses many of the imported goods.
Elaria is from Anasari and you can quite tell as she is very upity upity.
Elaria knows Yogsonan has a thing for her and uses this to her advantage. It's also quite the talk that Elaria and Yogsonan were a flame.
