Hiatea
Hiatea is a deity of the moon, now only worshipped by a small community on the island of Albassa, but formerly by the giants who lived on Aird.
The giant Cethlenn is now the only remaining member of her community on Aird, and currently guards the remains of the temple and its relics, including The Albassa Pearl.
History/Mythology
She is usually depicted as a giant herself, often with a spear which she was said to use to hunt monsters. She is believed to have been raised by firbolgs, and to be a protector of all giantkin. She was said to have created The Fallen Isles along with Persana, who is described as her close friend or even consort. The three moons, Lunasa, Dunya and Hala, are generally considered to be her daughters and deities in their own right.Divine Domains
