Admiral Jul'an Spival was known as a famous pirate 500 years ago who raided The Jewelled Coast and banded the local pirates together to combat any organizations that threatened their way of life. After a terrible storm his fleet crashed and was beached along the Coast and became a mercantile hub now known as Je'kal.
