Venk Marble Eye

The owner of the Marble Eye tavern in Westinox is a strange construct known as Venk Marble Eye. He is a lumpy collection of different color fabrics and stuffing. It is said that he was brought to life by a wizard attempting to create new life.
The wizard lost the spell and exploded into a vortex of wild magic that left only Venk. Venk has large marble's for eyes which is where the tavern name comes from. At this point Venk has run the tavern for the last 110 years. He is not sure his age or when he was created.
Venk is a ragdoll golem, maybe the only one in existence.  Long ago in the Fletching an apprentice mage was attempting some magical experiments at his home.  Little did he know that his young daughter was watching his every move from a crawl space above.  He assembled his spell components and wrote down his spell. Happy with his work for the day he went to bed, hoping to pick up where he left off the following day.
His daughter clambered down with her strange doll in hand and completed the spell.  The spell granted the size and strength of a stone golem to the ragdoll.  How the creature gained consciousness is a mystery however.  Initial contact with the daughter and her family led to screaming and panic.  Venk fled and stumbled out of the city.  He was scared and spent weeks wandering the nearby coastal region.  Finally a Firbolg Druid discovered him and began to teach him the basics of being alive.
After six months Venk returned to his family and they sat down and got to know each other.  The next ten years was a beautiful sitcom of the family working hard to keep Venk a secret from the city and the Assembly of the Weave. They were successful and when the daughter, a gnome girl named Ulala Geary, left to start her own family she took Venk with her.  She met a halfling man and they settled in Westinox.  She and Venk had many adventures during that time, and then she and her husband grew old.  When they passed away, Venk was left alone in the great city.
Now though he was a sophisticated being, alive for over half of a century.  He put on a coat and hat and went to the local tavern.  It was a bit run down and long in the tooth.  The patrons a strange mix of outcasts and rogues.  They eventually became friends and Venk had found a new family.  When the old owner drew up his will he passed everything on to Venk.  He knew Venk would keep the tavern and never sell it to one of the trading companies or some stuffy nobles.  He died holding Venk's hand secure in his legacy.

Berserk: Whenever the golem starts its turn with 40 Hit Points or fewer, roll a d6. On a 6, the golem goes berserk. On each of its turns while berserk, the golem Attacks the nearest creature it can see. If no creature is near enough to move to and Attack, the golem Attacks an object, with preference for an object smaller than itself. Once the golem goes berserk, it continues to do so until it is destroyed or regains all its Hit Points.
The golem's friends, if within 60 feet of the berserk golem, can try to calm it by speaking firmly and persuasively. The golem must be able to hear its friend, who must take an Action to make a DC 15 Charisma (Persuasion) check. If the check succeeds, the golem ceases being berserk. If it takes damage while still at 40 Hit Points or fewer, the golem might go berserk again.
Aversion of Fire: If the golem takes fire damage, it has disadvantage on Attack rolls and Ability Checks until the end of its next turn.
Immutable Form: The golem is immune to any spell or Effect that would alter its form.
Lightning Absorption: Whenever the golem is subjected to lightning damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of Hit Points equal to the lightning damage dealt.
