Rumen Vuighn
One of the bounty hunters that tried to capture Vom Fass during their first adventure, Rumen was defeated and left for dead rushing down the Archon River. He survived and continued to track Vom Fass for his bounty and for revenge. Several months later he found him in Tellenor and tried again. He stabbed Vom Fass and tried to capture him. He was thwarted by the quick actions of Mew and Blizzard Hops, Vom Fass himself who was able to fly to safety. Hops grappled Rumen into submission and the guards took him to the cells underneath Castle Kerrigan.
A few days later a well dressed elf showed up with an opportunity. How would Rumen like to join up with a new adventuring company and make some coin?
