Chon Urdero Dromedon

Chon Urdero Dromedon is an extra planar being that drifts between planes and dimensions but is never able to actually break through to them. His only connection is through his warlocks whom he is able to empower by funneling his massive power into shard crystals which are connected to the weave.

Impenetrable Hide.
Chon is in possession of a nigh indestructible hide. Any attack dealt against Chon that doesn't deal a minimum of 20 damage is ignored. Attacks from other kaiju bypass this trait.
Binding Seals
Whenever the demon takes 20 or more fire damage from a single source, it may attempt a DC 25 Charisma saving throw.
On a success, its bursts its binding seals. The apocalypse loses its vulnerability to fire damage, its attacks are made at advantage, and it loses 11 (2d10) hit points whenever it makes an attack.
Titanic Scale.
A creature adjacent to the demon may spend its full movement to attempt a DC 15 Dexterity (Athletics) or Strength (Athletics) check. On a success, the creature climbs onto the demon.
Body. While climbing on the apocalypse's body, a creature has advantage on attacks against it, and can't be affected by the demon's Atomic Breath.   Head. While climbing on the apocalypse's head, a creature has advantage on attacks against it, and its attacks against the demon score a critical on an 18-20.

Actions

Multiattack.
Chon can use its frightful presence. It then makes 5 attacks: 2 with its bite and 3 withi its claw. It can use claw in place of any attack.
  Crushing Slam
Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed on a DC 19 Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away and knocked prone.
Each other creature within 10 feet of the target must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or take half the attack's damage be pushed 10 feet away.
  Hurl Creature (Requires a grappled creature).
Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage. On a hit or miss, the thrown creature takes the attack's damage.     Atomic Breath (Recharge 4-6).
Chon emits a large blast of energy in a line that is 80 feet long and 10 feet wide. Every creature within a must make a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw, taking 143 (22d12) fire damage on a failed save and become prone.   Frightful Presence.
Each creature of Chon's choice within 120 feet of it and aware of it must succeed on a DC 23 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if Chon is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Chon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.  

Reactions

Atomic Pulse-
When Chon is grappled, it can as a reaction, emit a pulse of energy. All creatures within 15 feet of Chon take 9 (2d8) fire damage and the creature grappling it must make a DC 23 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, Chon is no longer grappled.  

Legendary Actions


Chon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn.
Chon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Consuming Eclipse (1/Day)
As a reaction when the demon is reduced below 431 hit points, the demon drains the energy from a 1 mile radius around it. Each light source in the area is extinguished, each spell effect with a duration of 1 minute or less ends, and each creature in the area loses its choice of 5 unexpended hit dice, 5 spell levels, or half its current hit points.
  The bakunawa begins to glow with an eerie, spectral light, and each creature that can see it must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or be Frightened for the next minute. A Frightened creature repeats this saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
Claw Arm Sweep
Each creature in a 30 foot cone must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or take 11 (2d10) bludgeoning damage and be grappled (escape DC 19). A creature that ends its turn grappled in this way must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or contract Mummy Rot.
A creature that succeeds on this save by 5 or more may use its reaction to attempt to climb onto the demon's arm.
Atomic Breath (Only if available and costs 2 Actions).
Chon uses its Atomic Breath.
