Sully Nickles
Sully is a Ward Sergeant who Arlo depends on to pass his daily orders to his men. His normal duties are in Old Street, but Arlo indulges him with errands to keep him from bickering in his presence.
Arlo is not fond of him, but his knowledge of Ward politics is useful in some situations. He is bitter, and not pleased with having a half-breed his captain. Sully believes he is best suited for the job, and complains to his fellow sergeants daily.
To Harwin and Edmund, he is unremarkable. The typical Traid man, with brown skin and black hair with bigotry toward Nuhrish. He rarely goes anywhere alone as Sully often uses numbers to intimidate commoners while on duty. He is often broke, and will exploit anyone if he can squeeze any coppers into his purse.
