The Witchlight Carnival
Structure
Mr. Witch and Mr. Light are the owners/operators of the carnival. They seek out and approve the different acts performed throughout the carnival. For the past many years, the Carnival was under contractual obligation from the Hourglass Coven of Prismeer (A region of the Dreamscape) to steal possessions from the carnival goers. Though after the destruction of the coven in 13 YH, the Witchlight has attempted to limit its contact with the Dreamscape to avoid the wrath of Prismeer's leader, Zybilna, who the Hourglass Coven had imprisoned.
History
The Witchlight claims to be performing around the world at all times, but in truth, after they have setup and performed for enough time, they pack up and head to another world to do the same. They only return to a world after 8 years.
