Humans

Human social structures are by far the most varied of all the races of Talam'h. They have no natural preference towards Lawfulness or Chaoticness, but do tend to at least favor the idea of Goodness over Evil. Humans exist in a precarious balance with their social structures. They greatly benefit from the sense of safety Lawfulness and community provides, but have a Chaotic, inate desire for independence and to go against the status quo.
That said, their social structures are usually dictated by the community they find themselves a part of. Whether that's religious, political, or social. Lawful Humans will defend and uphold their community's precepts, while Chaotic Humans strive for independence from those principles.
It is this diversity of spirit and thought that has led Humans to become the most common leaders of community across Talam'h; they being able to view and resonate with many different and antithetical perspectives.
