Chapter 28

We depart from the Grotto and fly to the ruins of Avan'Nal on dragonback, meeting up with Haze, Crag, Tira, Alrudian, and Andstella. The ruins reveal the dragon Sandstorm hidden amongst them, with his partner Shale still asleep. We find the first Hall of Songs and spend time listening to them as well as working to give Shale the ability to manifest again. We fly towards home over the Unfreezing Sea and see the Longing in the sky for the first time before meeting Kadia and Hella and stopping in Solace, where I find a hidden member of the Shadow. Then, the attacks begin.
