Valley Dwarves

Free People

Dwarves of the Valley of Storms are those that choose to live free of the strict castes of the Dwarven Domain: Exiles, outcasts, or simply people who left to seek a brighter future. Dwarves who slipped the bonds of their race's initial promise to the Empress have remained free, as have their descendants so long as both parents are unbound. Over time this effect has lessened as unbound dwarves have found love with runaways from the Domain.
