The Song of Morning Glory and Waterfall
It begins with a soft and gentle voice:
My name is Waterfall and my rider was Morning Glory. I'll be joining her soon, but I'd have no face to meet her if I passed without singing her part in her place...Their song is light and filled with joy, though Waterfall sings with heavy melancholy and loss... Morning Glory was an artist, one who worked her magic on endless growing things. She created vast gardens of multiple species of flowering plants... they were beautiful to stroll in but they were always meant to be seen from the sky. She shaped trees, created hybrids, and one spent half a century cross breeding flowers to achieve the shade of russet blossoms she needed to finish a piece. Ultimately, she was a gentle soul who wandered the wilderness of the world with Waterfall, leaving fleeting beautiful gardens in their wake. In the end, she'd become the last surviving member of her elven family and had inherited the family's treasured magical sword: Fern. Her great nephew asked that she find someone worthy of its legacy. That legacy cost her her life. She was murdered by another elf who stole the sword. Waterfall tracked down the murderer, killing him and destroying the sword so that none would fight over it again. She knows Morning Glory wouldn't approve of her taking the thief's life but that Morning Glory would be sadder still if more people died fighting for the treasure.
I'm on my way, I'm sorry for making you wait for me, but your song is sung, you can rest now
A deep rich blue stone holds this song
