Drop

Down on the limits of the Birdland, where the bustling "city of pleasures" meets the farms alongside the delta, people still find the time and the community to explore and grow each other.
Drop is a man that knows little of the sciences and the matters of high court, but is wise on the ways of the streets and the ways of profound love.  

Physical Aspect

Body

Drop is a male furry societarian of lion phenotype.
He has short sandy fur through his body except for his beautiful black mane and a dark tuft at the tip of his tail. His eyes are ambar and kind and he looks juvenile for his age.
His body is muscular, stocky and well-formed, with well defined muscle shapes visible even through his fur.  

Dressing Style

Drop is not an especially fashionable man, instead choosing classic athletic or working clothing for his day to day life.
However, when he wants to show off his body he will wear harnesses or any other accessories that bring attention to his chest and arms, of which he is proud of. He wears two ring piercings on his left ear.  

Personality

Drop has a sharp sense of humour and likes to tease friends and lovers.
Past this playfulness he's a good listener, though he may not always have the answers or the solutions to their friends' conundrums.   He is known to be a bit oblivious or even "basic" in conversation, not being particularly vested in philosophy or the sciences, but he balances it with a depth of street smarts and interpersonal sensitivity. He is community-oriented and a great host and guest alike: Some swear by his abilities for roasting a perfect open-pit barbecue and will beg for his help enduring the tiring task.  

Sexuality

Drop is attracted to men and ocassionally to male neutrals. His chieseled body attracts the attention of many, which he enjoys and encourages by training his musculature in view of the public.   He is not known to have a stable commited relationship, but he is assumed by most to be deeply in love and in an informal relationship with his old friend Gaze.  

Life

Drop was born in the 20th of Swimming 2977 E.Alz in the outskirts of Birdland, current capital of the Kingdom of Thaur but then just a port town under the Kingdom of Merthiorn.
He grew in a family of low resources and hard work and hearned the trades of construction work and rearing livestock early on.   He currently continues living in the farm of his parents, and has managed to improve the family's income in recent years thanks to the explosive development of the city after The High Rust.  

Relationship with Gaze

Drop is one of the Regulars at The Playground, a house of pleasures in the outskirts of Birdland owned by (among others) a man named Gaze.
Drop had met him decades ago, even before the opening of The Playground, when they were still teenagers. Those who knew both at time say Drop had fancied Gaze since the start, and endured patiently watching his friend suffer through a rotten relationship, offering his ear and his advise in hopes of finally breaking through his self deprecation.   After Gaze's breakup, he and Drop grew closer as the lion tended to the cheetah's emotional scars.
As the years passed they became intimate and inseparable despite never formalising any romantic relationship. Gaze would confess later that these encounters with such a caring man were what finally got him to un-learn the destructive behaviours and beliefs he had acquired.     Being the intimate friend of Gaze connected Drop with a world of people that expanded his horizons and built a strong community, helping him and his family subsist through thick and thin.
Nowadays, Drop is one of the many "uncles" of Oomzi, Gaze's son, and gets most of his work through his contacts at the neighbourhood's best house of pleasures.
