Moonlit Harbor
A lone coastal city that floats out on middle of an ocean with a harbor illuminated brightly by Luma Crystals against it's blue and green colored seastone prism architecture which gives the city a nice blue and green glow to it at night which can be seen across the waters. By day it looks like a completely different city entirely, as a magnificently well constructed hex clad built city that's perfect size and diameter on all sides, with each section of the city divided into 2 smaller hex clad shape size towards the city's capitol. The outsides of the city's perimeter is the docking bays for all the ships that come and go, it's also the largest hub in the world for fishermen to gather at to sell their catches. Each port district is managed by their own Harbormasters for it's community.
Government
The harbormasters manage and run the city as a Fisherman Guild with 5 leading members of each port that they command.
Defences
A city that lives on the oceans certainly has it advantages for natural defenses, which makes raiding or attacking forces impossible to reach, so there's never a fear of an attack on the city.
Infrastructure
Their entire infrastructure is built around the imports and exports to the rest of the world from the seas.

What once started out as a small fishing village on some far away island on the ocean, became a booming success and grew into the city it is today.

The museum in the city's central plaza is a great place to visit which details the history of Moonlit City's start in success of a booming marketplace.
Architecture
The city being built from different colored seastone prisms makes it glow brightly at night along with it's Luma Crystals, as well as regular stone, the city was crafted into the perfect hex clad shaped city, and taking after the perfectly symmetrical designs of Dragona City.
Geography
Moonlit Harbor situates itself far out in the middle of an ocean, not too far from neighboring mainlands just beyond the horizon. As night falls Moonlit Harbor can be see glowing brightly on the horizon.
Climate
The weather is pretty calm and warm on most days, and can get a fair amount of rain most other days, but every once in a while there's the occasional heavy rain and thunderstorm.
Natural Resources
Moonlit Harbor pulls in a lot of fish on a monthly weekly basis, and most of what they don't keep get exported to other countries.
