Leshy

Leshy is a spirit guardian of the forest. They're known to be quite difficult to study as the sighting of a Leshy is quite rare among many travelers in other forests of the world, but have experienced many strange oddities as a result of a Leshy being present within the forest, as they're pretty easy to camouflage themselves with the forest. Leshy are known to play pranks on travelers who are simply passing by through forests. While not necessarily acting in a malevolent kind of nature, can often end up being disastrous for some travelers.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Leshy is a tall looking creature standing at 10ft, it's body made of wood, vines, leaves and covered in patches of moss, and other bits of foliage, and has bits of branches sticking out of it. It has the face of a man with a straight bridged nose, and has a huge bushy beard covering it's entire face made of moss that trails down to it's chest and has pink sprouted flowers. Upon it's head is a nest of various twigs and branches and even moss where birds of the forests make their homes. It's hands are a mix of wood with vines acting as fingers. It's eyes are a pale green color with no solid visible pupil.

Ecology and Habitats

They live within forests around the world, most notably Silent Forest. Because of their excellent camouflaging ability it makes it difficult to spot one even out in the open, that sometimes you might not realized you walked past one. The flowers that sprout on it's beard follows the seasonal changes.

Behaviour

As spirit guardians of the forests they protect spirits and wildlife from those seeking to cause harm. Leshy are also known to have the ability to influence spirits of the forests like Fyre Pixies to play pranks on travelers. Leshy are shape shifters, so they can change their size and form in order to blend with the environments around it.
