The Moon Warden's Wish

After the Downfall and the God's silence that has befallen Syken, their prominent fighters or clergy either died in the ensuing chaos or left in the shadows like the Gods they protected. This is one of the many tales of one of these champions, who died during the Downfall. Many in Syken know of the Sun and the Moon, but do not exactly know why the Sun and the Moon are prevalent. The Sun and the Moon house the two halves of the Cosmic Creator, a cosmic entity that created Syken and who's split created the Manastream, Lifestream and Animastream. From the Cosmic Creator's split, the Sun and the Moon were created and given half of the Cosmic Creator's divine power.

Summary

Our story follows a Human male named Astroa Lunarlos, a man born in the progenitor state of the Holy State of Charma. Astroa was by all accounts a man who was physically capable, being around 8ft tall and one of the strongest humans from his tribe. However... Astroa lacked a sense of purpose in his life. This all changed when a wanderer who's name is lost to time wandered into the tribe.   While at this point, people were unsure of religion, this wanderer enamored Astroa. Astroa became obsessed with this dietic figure whom the wanderer followed, Dovis. Dovis is the half of the Cosmic Creator after their split that makes up the Moon. While never making an appearance to the world, Dovis and their counterpart invoke portions of their Divine Power to "Champions" of their faith. Astroa found their purpose in the world in server Dovis as their Moon Warden, which is the Champion title imparted onto Dovis' champion. As the Moon Warden, Astroa's goal was to stop the seeping of Pandemonium into the Material Plane. With the seeping coming into the world, Demons, Devils and Daemons began assaulting the Gods.    The beings that live in the Realm of Pandemonium have the special ability towards chaos. This affinity towards chaos allowed them to corrupt things with Pandemonium itself, which in the Realm can be seen as a resource. This chaos can even corrupt and kill Gods, which unbeknownst to the Gods of Syken would begin the their downfall. Astroa's goal was to protect the Divine Anchors and ensure that no Pandemonium Demons can make their way to Mount Celeste, for if they do, then Mount Celeste might fall apart...   They did get into Mount Celeste though, and the Downfall began. All the Gods end up going into hiding or were killed by the Corruption of the Realm of Pandemonium. As Mount Celeste lay barren and corrupted by the forces of Pandemonium, The Moon Warden and the other champions continued their work dealing with the Downfall despite their God's silence.   During one fated battle on the Sinback Mountain Range, Astroa was hit by a fatal sword slash across his breastplate. The attack was so forceful that it sent his armor, tools and his weaponry across Syken. It is commonly believed that he physical manifestation was split across the armor, tools, and weapons. Archaeologists hope to find and complete Astroa's set of equiment, known as the Kit of the Moon Warden. It is prophesized that if they complete the set, they will be able to seek the Moon and the moon can grant them a wish. It is believed that with a completed set, Astroa will be able to walk the world again...
