Jack Grover had been a magnificent talent when it came to chemistry ever since he first discovered the science. He outpaced all of his classmates and constantly surpassed all of his teachers expectations. He was actually considered a prized student when he a accepted a scholarship to his college. As soon as he graduated he became a professor at the same college.

Having come to the boundaries of acceptable science, Jack began experimenting past what was conventional. He had two things that plagued him; he still felt he had something to prove, as though he was not already one of the most knowledgable chemist in the world, and his love of scientific mysteries. He knew all about the mishaps of the super soldier programs that produced deformed men, powerful, but monstrous. He thought if he could perfect the serums, then his name would be historical. He tried to practice on his students, who looked up to his genius and willingly went along. But he was caught and blacklisted from practicing anything other than yoga.

He had to go underground to do so but before he did, he was contacted by a corporation who valued his work. Allowing him to experiment as much as possible, while he hasn't produced any supermen yet, he has created lots of other useful concoctions. One of his most famous is the drug known as Glue, which when ingested completely lowers the floodgates of inhibition, amplifies ones paranoia and confidence, and erases the memory of the time they under the influence. While the drug is used recreationally, with plenty using it to have a good time. The crimes that have been committed while on the drug have been sickening, causing people to try to want it even more.
