Spring Queen

Eve begin fighting crime early at 15 going by the name of Spring Teen. She had developed her powers very young, being able to spur the growth of small or dying plants and revitalizing them. Her powers would extend to the growth, regrowth, control and healing of plant life. Her love for plants also led her to become a biologist, mainly because she couldn't explain why she knew so much about plants, and also so she could know what the extent of her powers was.

When she was older she went by the name Spring Queen. She was always a solo hero and never joined any hero groups, and fought for many years defending her city. Becoming quite wealthy, with people always gifting her money for her help. She bought a mansion on the edge of her town, becoming like an unofficial mayor. Over time her powers grew even further, where she could feel certain changes to the earth and it also affect her slightly. Though she wouldn't realize it at the time, she was feeling the affects of climate change. Thanks to her powers, she was able to tell the damage was coming from oil companies. She met with them privately, thinking her status as a hero would convince to them to makes changes. The changes never happened, except the ones that happened to her.

Not long after that she began feeling ill, she couldn't remember feeling sick ever in her life before that. Over time it just got worse, her powers became affected and she didn't have as much control or reach as she did before. She slowly would wither away, somehow bleeding her energy into the surrounding fauna wherever she went. As she got weaker the plants grew, she finally passed away in the early 90's at home. Turning her into a humanoid shaped tree, and upon her death the entire town became over grown with plants, bushes and trees. Most people just disappeared and others left, with a few staying to becoming the overseers of the garden city.
