Shadowfoot

Shadow is a vampire and has been for a long time. He has been one for so long he has no memory of his life as a human, including where he came from. He has been in America for so long it's all he can remember ever being, so he's just says thats where he's from. He vaguely remembers how he picked the name Manson Mercer, but it's how he's known know so he sees no reason to change it.

The only thing he can recall is feelings, he can remember desperately not wanting to become a vampire, and that he was at once deeply loved, and that's all he knows. But the bloodlust, thats what he is now. The drive of the syrupy scent that envelops the bodies of humanity all day long. Swirling in his face as he walks by them, each person is like a walking stack of pancakes. If this was a couple hundred years ago, he would just tear at them indiscriminately. But with cameras and supe's walking around everywhere now, he learned to control it.

But ever since he defeated his first supe and drank them dry, it's like a completely different level of pleasure. He'd never fill whole again if he didn't have it, but the risk is so great. Luckily for him he ran across Nu-Divus, he actually went to the recruiting office to scout out his next kill. But he was singled out specifically to interview, and he noticed certain things were not what they seemed and joined out of curiosity. His hunch proved right, with every member who was picked being just as much a danger to society as him. At least now he had help hunting his favorite meals. When fighting crime he's called Whisper, but others know him as Shadowfoot.
