Serenity Union
The Serenity Union became the purely American version of the Power Parliament. Starting in 1955, they fought against a growing number of what the world would finally deem supervillains. They would be very careful not to stamp on what was called decent in America. They very softly tried to speak on social issues in the states, but not enough to warrant hate or scorn from the citizens or government.
They rather let their actions speak more than their words. Defending the helpless and saving the people was their mission, and they didn't want anyone getting in the way of that. Later in the 60's, they became a lot more outspoken on problems in America. All in thanks to the new members who were joining, and by 1973 the government ordered them to disband under threat of arrest.

- Sonic Sam - America's Fastest Man.
- Striped Eagle - An unbeaten amateur boxer.
- Proper Prim - The ideal American Housewife, never had a hair out of place. Could move things with her mind.
- The Magnifier - The best detective in the world.
- The Tower - The Strongest man in the Union.
- Lightshow - The woman made out of light.
- Crackshot - Could shoot targets in impossible places.
- Tall Tale - Had a blue bull that he controlled mentally when he was saddled. It could spin around and cause a tornado, when it charged thunder sounded, and steam from its nose could blanket the area in smoke.
- Red Claw - A Vampire martial artist, who fought using his nails like claws.
- Baron Magnificent - Could fly and used a machine gun. He was incredibly wealthy and came from an oil family.
- Engineeress - She flew around using a jet pack, and used steam powered weapons.
- High Energy - She drained energy from other people to make herself invulnerable.
- Cool Cat - Very agile and flexible, also used claws to fight.
- Anti-Man - Had the power to make people very stupid.
- The Super - Had the power to unlock anything.
- Discoal - Turn coal into blinding colorful diamonds that confused people.
