Thanks to her strong machine she has the body of an olympian.

Vitalia is the daughter of an oil magnate with dubious connections to the government and the mob. Somehow she grew up and remains completely ignorant of that. She was not sheltered but she grew up so wealthy that her lifestyle entirely revolved around vacations, modeling, and being famous. She simply had no reason to care about the world around her if she wasn't the focus. In an attempt to seem eccentric herself, she built a circle of friends who were known to be just that. She purposely sought them out, but would publicly make it seem as if the friendship happened and grew organically.

One of her eccentric friends "Mels", considered herself a clairvoyant private detective, and had a pretty good track record. The detective only accepted Vitalia's friendship to look into her father's dealing and if she had any involvement. After realizing Vitalia truly had no idea, she stayed because underneath the attention hungry heiress she was pretty ok. While watching tv together and a news report of a superhero came on. Mels mentioned the rumor of the rich American Vitalia had a crush on potentially being the hero. After quizzing Mels on everything she knew about the rumor, Vitalia immediately sought to wooing the American, by becoming a hero.

Vitalia literally never fought anyone in her life, she only exercised to look attractive, and the thought of training hours at a time for years made her gag. So she did what she always did, she through money at it. She paid an engineer to build her one of those strong machines from tv, you know the one from that commercial. The engineer really wondered with all his brain power what the fuck a strong machine was. Until she pulled up the commercial on youtube, he laughed until she showed him the money to do it. She then paid someone else to build her a "slim fitting tailored karate super-suit that showed off her core" so that it would fight for her. They also had the same reaction until she showed the money. After 7 months on the strong machine and the karate super-suit was finished, she debuted with a "random" person catching a snapshot of her standing on a rooftop. She moved to America and fought crime with her best American accent to meet her crush.

After years in America fighting crime, she grew as a person and realized she should look after her own backyard as well. She came back and teamed up with Mels to solve crimes plaguing her home. She wasn't the somewhat vapid girl who left to be a hero anymore, she was the battle tested lighthearted ditz who kept her eyes on her six.

She was a part time model, but never worked besides being a super hero.
