Ma Dukes is a former gang member who was responsible for large amounts of drug trafficking and ensuing mayhem that took place from that. She slipped out of the game untouched and leads a normal life now in retirement.

Personal history
Ma Dukes grew up in Arizona before it became a purity state. Her brothers were member of the Slimes and she wanted to be just like them, so she joined them. When they joined it was still about having fun and going to parties, but when it became violent she didn't shy away. She actually became a key figure in the drug side of things, and became apart of legendary shootouts, police escapes, secret government deals and the all other shenanigans.
She became established and was now dealt with as if she was her own entity separate of the gang. She had connections in all major American cities and commanded respect. She moved to New York but then later to Ricochet City in California. Her son also joined the life with her, but he had issues. He got to excited with the danger and violence of the lifestyle, something Ma Dukes deeply regretted. Her son caused to many problems, and did things her crew didn't respect. She was trying to correct him, because she couldn't let him takeover the way he was. She never got the chance as her son became one of the victims of the vigilante cop Dalila.
After that she gave the reigns to her organization over to her second in command and dropped off the map. Quietly taking care of her grandson while everyone was none the wiser.
