Blitz Rangers

The Blitz Rangers are one of the more flexible superhero groups in the world. The general idea is that they form together as needed, for a specific issue, and get it done in one big blitz that may or may not range all over. Hence the name. It didn't need to be super creative. Points for clarity.
  Unlike similar temporary teams, there's only ever the one team. There's usually a person of contact, one holdover from whatever the last team-up was who serves as the leader for whenever the next issue arises.
  It can make them unusually difficult to deal with, because the people being called up aren't necessarily there because they work well together but because they're needed for a specific situation. Since it's only meant to last for a short while, for the blitz, there's very little care put into making sure that rivals are kept apart or that distinct personalities will mesh.
  They are, however, extraordinarily flexible. If something isn't working or someone isn't pulling their weight, they're off the team and someone new is invited in. It's not a super prestigious squad, so no one is squabbling about not being included, because there's a good chance that none of their operations use a particular skill set.
  They can be fairly difficult to face off with, since you can't predict what their tactics are going to be from one team to the next. On the other hand, they don't get to do a lot of team building exercises or whatnot so there's a nonzero chance that they won't gel together particularly well. Even in those gaps, it can be difficult to predict what will happen and who might snap.
  Their biggest controversy as a unit is that they tend to be results focused, so their civilian casualty levels can be higher than other teams.
