Agent-y Types

With the advent of SIVIC came the advent of their agents and the kind of people who would become one. While they tend to pride themselves on being subtle and blending in well so that they can infiltrate and such, there's a specific type of person who becomes an agent of SIVIC, and once you know it they're really easy to spot. When you add on the training they receive and the kinds of lives they live, they stand out even more.
  First of all, they're comfortable with superpowers. They tend to start out that way, whether they have powers of their own or not, but being around that kind of stuff doesn't faze them. They'll have a curiosity about it, too, asking a bunch of questions.
  They'll be in good shape. Being able to chase down a subject is a big part of their jobs, and even those who think to apply as an office worker soon find that there are annual physicals for a reason. Everyone of them might end up in a dangerous situation. That being said, the medical plan is also pretty fantastic and if you have an existing health condition they're really great about finding ways to treat it and get you out in the field.
  Mental health, though? Not so great. SIVIC agents aren't inherently unstable, but the job costs a lot and they don't have time for downtime, nor do they have a lot of connections to therapists who are both properly licensed and cleared to deal with top secret stuff. It doesn't help that they specifically reach out to a particular kind of broken person, because they're more likely to be loyal in the longterm.
  Also the child soldier/agent thing is very much a thing.
