Jamal el-Shafi
Lieutenant Jamal el-Shafi is a Durpari Airlancer, commanding the detachment which garrisons the southern town of Khetom. He is responsible for providing security for the caravans which pass through the region, as well as assisting the town Watch in maintaining law and order in the town.
