Elementari

The origins of Elementari are believed to have originated from the after effects of Vahinta, the Green Moon being destroyed, and wild magicks fused the essence of Elementals with Humans. The result were mortals that took on some physical traits associated with the various elements. Elementari are native to the Kingdom of Gensia on the continent of Ishia. The reasons for this are unknown but is theorized that a number of the great Primodials held this region and may have had Humans under their thrall. Some have left Gensia and have settled in Selanden. The Elementari are divided according to the elements. Air, Earth, Fire, and Water Elementari are the traditional forms that are the most represented. A fifth Elementari ancestry, Plant Elementari also exist but are much rarer than the other four. Specific bloodlines are known to display unusual variations such as lightning, or lava. Though they have a deep relation to the elements, Elementari are not traditionally recognized as one of the ancestries by the Divine Hand, especially in regard to the Air Elementari which represent much of what they oppose. Elementari usually live a little longer than Humans from 70-100 years.
Playing an Elementari
Birthed from the elemental planes, Elementari embody the raw forces of nature in a humanoid form. Each Elementaricarries the traits of a specific element (air, earth, fire, or water), which often influences their personality and abilities. For example, fire Elementari might be hot-tempered and passionate, while water Elementari could be calm and adaptable. Going against type might mean a fire Elementari being cool-headed and rational, or an earth Elementari being whimsical and carefree.
