The Space Between Realms is the metaphysical distance between each of the Realms of the Cosmos of Subsolem Septem.
It is non-physical, metaphysical and omnipresent yet nonexistant. Even the greatest scholars of Cosmic Studies like the Wizard Todd and his eternal contrary Professor Emeritus Zeriban Haewytt Siebentius Zaytseva have not been able to form working theories of what it truly is, only that it exists they surprisingly agree.
