Gingerly Sheepsheer
Gingerly Sheepsheer is a female halfling who serves as the mayor of Gwerthby, Sogn's halfling town of hill dwellings and wool production from its happy sheep who roam the green hills.
Gingerly has strawberry blonde, curly hair, freckles, and is matter-of-fact and direct despite her apparent sweetness and low stature. She is a staunch advocate for halflings, and doesn't like the presence of Thickthicket or Fort Drift on her Sogn Havn, as well as Queysted being populated and governed by humans.
