Carden House

Summary

The Cardens are aristocratic farmers who competed with the Baudins for many years before finally accepting defeat in the Council Wars and choosing to work for the larger House. The Cardens were never that interested in politics, having been tinkerers and experimenters in agricultural practice and wine making. They've had a mixed bag in terms of productive results, but their successes have changed the face of Bailen agriculture. They are social in a polite but formal way, engaging in high society and respected, but not involved in anything fashionable or trendy. The entire family has the feel of something from 40 years earlier.
