Blind Street Scuttlers
Summary
A smaller but very dangerous gang that runs out the international ghettos that house many of the factory workers. They are centered on Blind Street, named because it was where a number of workers blinded in an industrial accident during the Dobby Affair lived. The gang rose out of that tragedy, and it's rumored that they have a special drug that heightens other senses. Blind Street makes its money off of protection and theft, but they also train the best assassins on Bailen. They are rumored to be supported by a British family, but which one is not public.Turf
