Dizzy the Bull
Dizzy is an experienced Blade, whose acrobatic and complex techniques made him a valuable tactician and commander. Now retired from war, Dizzy makes his living as a fence and job finder, taking a cut from the events that flow through him. He seeks a new leader for his mercenary band, the Port Stompers.
