The Amici Noctis' dreaded black night. A Lasombra elder, tasked with helping the clan becoming accepted within the Camarilla as a whole. Focusing his efforts on seeing the clan becoming accepted into the Chicago Court, and a Lasombra Primogen being named in the city.
A man of stature and refinement. Talley always dresses to impress. He is rarely seen without wearing a tailor-fittet designer suit, immaculately made and shined leather shoes, and an expensive watch.
He clearly considers himself as nobility, and speaks with a cultured british accent. Often lacing his sentences with familiarities like "old boy" and "dear woman". Due to his macabre sense of humour, when he adopts mortal masks he usually takes on the names of deceased serial killers.
Appearance
Talley is a slender caucasian man appearing to be in his 30s. His short white, curly, receding hair compliments his pale skin and blue eyes. His most prominent and striking feature is the tattoo on his head. A spiraling sigil; that he revealed to Caspian Milos during the 2020 Elysium at Blue Velvet is the sign of the Black Spiral Dancers werewolf tribe, his tribe before becoming Kindred.A man of stature and refinement. Personality
Equal parts cruel and friendly. Talley usually starts off affable, a smile on his lips and a jolly introduction, and the occasional joke to break the ice. But everyone whom lays eyes on him sees the sadistic glint in his eyes.He clearly considers himself as nobility, and speaks with a cultured british accent.
