Sabbat Regent
Unlike the Camarilla's Inner Circle, the Sabbat has but one ultimate authority. The current Regent's identity is only known amongst the remaining Archbishops, some Paladins, and other Kindred heavily involved with the Sabbat (either as prominent and respected members of the sect, as high status allies, or the elite amongst the Sabbat's oppositions.)
