Federal Travellers have access to all default careers.
Completing a single term is defined as surviving any survival checks and not leaving the career through any events.
Citizenship grants the Federal Traveller SOC+1
Citizenship can be earned through the following careers and assignments IF the traveller does it in the context of a Federal Service:
submitting to the Draft, is always considered to be in the Federal Services Agent (Law Enforcement or Intelligence), Army, Marine, Navy, Scout, Scholar or by submitting to the Draft.

When in a Career in the Federal Armed Services -typically Army, Marine and Navy, use the following Ranks and Bonuses
When choosing a career in the Federal Civic Services (FCS), you may opt for a role in FEDMAR, either as an Agent (Law Enforcement) or a Scout (Courier). If you do, you may choose to use either the Agent or Scout Service Skills list, regardless of which career you are in. All other career rules remain unchanged.
FEDMAR Agent use the following Ranks and Bonuses: Marcher (Rank 0): No Bonus

March Lieutenant (Rank 3): Pilot 1
