Aberstka -City of Winds
Aberstka also known as the Dominion of winds is a city somewhere in the Sky. Full of Aracokra and other flying folk. The people of the city do not interfere with struggles of the Grounded (non flying folk). There is a king and he is concerned about the dragons waking up. He has sent down scouts to find out how bad the situation is.
