Eliza, The Red Witch, Raven Queen, Faelord of Darkness and Magic. She goes by many names and many more titles, but the fact remains that she is an ancient entity of boundless knowledge and magic.
Eliza was originally a Faelord of Thelanis and sister to the Summer Queen. Eliza was the most beautiful and intelligent of the FaeLords, understanding the principle of Magic and its ethics. She was the first to discover the existence of the Dracon Prophecy.
When fiends invaded Thelanis, Eliza attempted to seize control of Thelanis by creating the Shadar-kai and manipulate all denizens of the plane. The Fae Court rejected the proposal and banished her for her betrayal to the realm of her making, a realm of darkness and shadow.
It was there that she met Nicholai and joined the First Order. Eliza since then have studied the Draconic prophecy in the Material plane, aiding the First Order and creating sentient magical items to guide their wielders on the correct path of the Draconic Prophecy.
As the ages pass, Eliza continued her planning for the inevitable Blood War. In the modern day, she alleged herself with an Overlord and manipulated Virgil Octavia into creating draconic clones to serve her purposes.
Eliza was eventually killed by Aelar Yaeldrin and Beiro Yaeldrin.
