Rashida
An Atlantean mage, Rashida is a member of their Outer Conclave, one of the magi who is eligible to eventually join the inner conclave of the isle, and as such is a powerful mage. While arrogant, he doesn't look down on those outside Atlantis as much as the members of the Atlantean Ascendancy, and can be relatively personable.

Rashida is a tall man, with tanned golden-brown skin and features that are delicate, and almost androgynous. That doesn't match the rest of his body, though, as he is sturdily built and muscular.
