The second in command of Ocean Shield, Galvanic Action is able to cause items to corrode quickly in his vicinity, with the power growing with proximity. This is particularly effective against most individuals who use technological powers. He also has moderate physical boosts and is a decent martial artist. A well respected but low key Hispanic man, he has a large number of admirers completely out of proportion to his reputation.
Galvanic Action is considered a Class B superhuman.

Galvanic Action is known well-known for his ability to cause corrosion on virtually any substance, as well as being a respectable martial artist. The closer he is to an object, the more quickly his powers work, and he is able to affect a larger area at the price of speed. He has limited enhancements to strength and toughness.
