Class D

A Class D superhuman is generally considered to be the equal of a trained soldier. This includes a number of martial artists who are otherwise mundane. Generally the powers are useful but quite limited. Many Inventors would be considered as this class, unless they build equipment that would elevate them to higher classifications.

Fireworks, a hero who can throw balls of fire, is an example of this classification. While she can throw fire, she has no special resistance to fire or other attacks.
