Lou and Gary's morning conversation

"Ay, you know that superhero kid up in Canada?" Lou says to Gary after taking a sip from his coffee, suddenly recalling a story.   "Yea I've heard of him." Gary replied, taking a bite out of his doughnut.   "Well apparently they call him 'the Gordon Ramsay of police stations.'" Lou explained.   "Yea? What the hell does that mean?" Gary asked, confused and curious.   "Well you know that old show 'Kitchen Nightmares'?" Lou asked.   Gary nodded carefully whilst taking a long sip of his coffee.   "Well from what I've heard he goes around to stations that have a bad rep and goes full Ramsay on them like in the show, except instead of making them clean the kitchen and teaching them how to cook better..." he said, then took a pause to take a sip from his coffee.   "Instead he makes sure all their cops are walkin the right beat, that arrests are handled properly and within guidelines, that the union isn't protecting any cops that may not be up to par, shit like that and more," he continued his explaination as Gary continued to eat his doughnut.   "But, if he founds out that any cop in there is dirty, he'll publically arrest them and if they did some real bad shit, he'll drag em out of the station and use them as a fucking punching bag before putting one in their chest and two in their head, right there in the street." he continued.   "Hell sometimes depending on what the cop did he'll be 'merciful'." he said while making air quotes with his hands.   "And arrest them after he's done beating the shit out of them." he finished explaining, sitting back in his seat as he took a doughnut from the box in his lap and started eating it.   "Shit, really? How the fuck is that allowed?" he asked, bewildered.   "Allowed? Fuck no! But do you think someone's gonna stop the guy who can punch a hole through a building?" he replied.   "No I guess not.." he said, realizing how ridiculous his question was.
