Verdanza-Vera
A sprawling, prairie-like nation that governs the southern half of the Cicadea continent.
Known for its wide-open horizons and largely untamed wilderness, the region is dotted with only a handful of modest cities and scattered villages, allowing nature to dominate the landscape. Once a land of tribal conflict, its history is steeped in fierce battles over territory—yet in modern times, Verdanza thrives through unity. Its tribes now maintain strong bonds through ritualistic games and friendly competitions, such as grand tournaments held beneath the open sky.
The nation is home to the Moonchildren, an amphibious-like race of humans deeply devoted to lunar worship. Revering the moon for illuminating their vast, vulnerable plains at night, the people of Verdanza have built numerous moon temples across the land—sacred spaces of serenity and celestial reverence that reflect the soul of their culture.
