The Angels of Darkness are a feared and controversial order of federal bounty hunters operating within the shadowed sprawl of Seducika's capital. Once prisoners and hardened criminals themselves, these men and women now serve a grim purpose: to hunt the very fugitives and lawbreakers they once stood among.
Bound by iron chains of obligation — and by far more literal means — they are kept under strict control within the city palace, their every move monitored through arcane chokers and shock-bound bracelets capable of restraining or incapacitating them should they stray from the path.
Their mission is simple but ruthless: capture the most dangerous elements hiding among the city’s depths and deliver them to justice. In return, they earn not freedom, but continued survival — and funding funneled from the Solaris government into Seducika’s coffers.
Each successful bounty inches them closer to redemption, or at least the illusion of it. But the line between hunter and hunted remains perilously thin, and in Seducika, shadows often conceal more than just criminals.
